Almost nothing a client wants in Italy is one trade’s work. So we do not sell it as five.

A house found has to be managed. A summer at the lake is a berth, a car, and a table nobody else could get. A watch found is a watch delivered, papered and insured. Split between five suppliers, the seams between them quietly become your job.

They are ours instead. You brief once, in English, Italian or Russian, and one name stays on the file — through however many of the five it takes — until the thing is actually done.

What we do

Five services, taken one at a time or all at once. Each has a page of its own.

How it comes together

Nobody arrives asking for one of the five. These are four of the briefs we are given most, and what each of them actually takes.

  1. A summer on Lake Como

    The villa is found in March and bought by May. It is opened, staffed and stocked for the six weeks you are in it, looked after or let for the other forty-six, and the tender is in the water before you land.

  2. A wedding in Tuscany

    One estate, two hundred guests, and fifty cars that have to arrive and leave in an order. The address is held, the kitchen is ours, the guest houses are run for the weekend, and the place is handed back as it was found.

  3. Buying in Milan

    Viewings compressed into one week rather than four trips. The notary’s diary held, the deed read before it is signed, and the flat furnished — down to the watch in the safe — before you next use it.

  4. A week in Portofino

    A berth from June, a house behind the harbour, a car waiting at Genoa, a chef on Thursday, and a table on Friday that was not available when you asked for it.
