About Us

One team in Italy, five services under one mandate, and one person answering for all of them.

We are not five firms with a shared letterhead. Whatever you ask for, the same people arrange it — and the same person tells you where it stands.

Who we are

One mandate, not five accounts

Most of what a concierge is asked for in Italy crosses more than one trade. A house is found by one firm, managed by another, furnished by a third, and the client is left holding the seams together. Stellum Group Concierge exists to hold them instead.

So the five services on this site are deliberately one offering. A property found is a property managed; a summer at the lake is a berth, a car and a table booked; a watch found is a watch delivered, papered and insured. The handover between them is ours to make, not yours to chase.

We work in English, Italian and Russian, from Italy, for clients who are mostly somewhere else. That last part decides how we work: everything is put in writing, nothing is bought on your behalf without the full cost beside it, and there is one person to ask, at any hour.

What we hold to

  • One point of contact

Whichever of the five you are asking about, the same person answers — and knows what the other four are doing about it.

  • We own none of it

No building, no boat, no stock. Nothing we put in front of you is something we need to fill, so a recommendation is only ever a recommendation.

  • The full cost, in writing

Fees, commissions and what is not included, stated before you decide rather than discovered after. Discretion covers your affairs, not our invoice.

Stellum, in figures

  • 5services

    Under one mandate

Property, management, events, sourcing and mobility — briefed once, not five times.

  • 3languages

    English, Italian, Russian

Not translated for you. Whoever holds the file works in the language you wrote in.

  • 24hours

    To a considered reply

An enquiry is answered within the day, with something useful in it rather than an acknowledgement.

  • 1

    Person to ask

One name on the file from the first message to the last invoice, whatever it takes to close it.

Where we work

Six places we are asked for by name — where we already have the notary, the surveyor and the harbourmaster’s number. Elsewhere in Italy on request.

  1. MilanWhere the paperwork is. Notaries, banks, and the pied-à-terre that gets used four nights a month.
  2. Lake ComoVillas bought to be lived in six weeks a year, and managed for the other forty-six.
  3. Lake GardaThe same mandate as Como at a different price. Lake houses that earn while the owner is elsewhere.
  4. Portofino & LiguriaA berth from June, a house behind the harbour, and a table nobody else could get.
  5. TuscanyEstates, and the summer that turns around them — a wedding at one address, and the fifty cars that arrive for it.
  6. RomeApartments in the centro storico, and the permissions a building that old brings with it.

How an engagement runs

  1. Conversation

What you want done, by when, and what you would rather not be involved in. There is no brief form.

  2. Proposal

What we would do, who does it and what it costs — and what we would not do, where we think you are buying the wrong thing.

  3. Mandate

One agreement, covering however many of the five it takes. One name on the file from here on.

  4. Execution

Arranged, attended and checked. You hear from us when there is something to decide, not something to report.

  5. Afterwards

The file stays open. The house still needs managing, the summer still needs arranging, and we already know the address.
